Anton Monti (b. 1964) is a Finnish-Italian nonfiction author who specialises in the analysis of Italian politics, society and culture, observing them from a critical distance in his second homeland of Finland. Monti has published several nonfiction works, including Where Are You Going, Italy? (2019). ’Ndrangheta (2021) is a uniquely exhaustive and up-to-date look at the Calabria mafia, the likes of which have not been seen in the international book market.
